Biography
Before becoming a professional facilitator and Executive Coach, Victoria was a Business Systems Analyst and in this capacity held a number of key managerial and leadership positions in blue chip organisations. Her past experience has spanned systems development, business systems analysis, sales management and I.T. strategy. She has founded and owned her own restaurant, set up and led a music promotion business in Australia, both then sold as going concerns.
Victoria likes to take a very pragmatic approach to helping others, generating tangible outcomes. She is passionate about her own learning and recently trained as a Gestalt therapist and practitioner of Gestalt in organisations. She has also gained expertise in the Chris Argyris approach to change and problem resolution through dialogue. She has studied Advanced Dispute Resolution with CEDR and is currently working on a post graduate Masters Degree in Gestalt. She has just completed the GISC Cape Cod Intimate and Strategic systems programme.
She has extensive experience of working internationally including Australasia, East West and Central Europe and the USA.
Victoria is a founding member of APECS – The Association of Executive Coaches and their Supervisors. This is an organisation which promotes the accreditation and ongoing development of the highest quality Executive Coaches. She is also an AEC Certified Executive Coach supervisor.
Victoria is passionate about the environment and is currently part of a group designing a Sustainable Leadership programme.
