Helen is an experienced consultant, coach and facilitator with expertise working with both individuals and teams. She has worked in senior and influential corporate Learning & Development roles as well as external consultancy roles. She has a broad appreciation and understanding of a wide range of international business environments and industry’s.
Helen focuses on embedding a culture of development and learning within her work. She believes strongly that development and learning are key in ensuring the sustained delivery of successful business results.
Her professional qualifications & memberships include; MIPD Institute of Personnel & Development, Myers Briggs Step I & II, Firo B, Master NLP Practitioner, Time Line Therapist & Hypnotist, Certificate in Management Studies & Post Grad Diploma in Personnel Management at Oxford Brookes University, BA, Canterbury University.
Born in the UK, raised in NZ and then working in the US, UK and Continental Europe Helen currently lives in Hong Kong developing the Asian GCC business and raising her young family. She considers herself a true international citizen who values the diversity and difference within her life, both from a personal and professional perspective.
