In depth exploration of personal style and business expectations, plus three way meeting with direct manager, leads to a coaching agenda and agreed measurables. 90 minute sessions at 6 – 8 week intervals. 360 degree feedback is included when appropriate. Action plans are reviewed regularly and discussed with the line manager.
By the end of the process, the coachee will be delivering on the agreed measures, having built a strong understanding of their impact in the business.
